«More than 60 regions of Russia have worked out strategic programs on tourism development. More than 40 million Russian people travel through Russian travel companies. Russia is becoming an important magnet for tourist flow worldwide», — said Vitaly Mutko at the opening of the Fair.
Number of exhibitors of the Fair in 2012 have considerably increased in comparison with the previous year from 1230 to 1300 participants, foreign countries and world regions — from 138 to 145. The space of the Fair is more than 29 000 square meters and mope than 76 thousand guests visited
Stands of 80 Russian regions were presented at the exhibition. National part of the exposition takes place under the slogan: «It’s time to rest in Russia!» And there is a wide choice. The biggest stands were represented by two lands of plenty- Altai and Krasnodar Regions. It is also possible to choose the route for the active rest, as well as sanatorium treatment, to watch the performance of folk teams, and to taste healthy gifts of nature.
