Our exhibitors news: TEZ TOUR will work with Russian resorts

17.12.2015

Firstly it is the Black Sea coast of Krasnodar krai. Every Russian region possesses good potential. Now we see a growing interest in domestic tourism both from the state and from clients and agencies. Development may take years and years. It is also an important infrastructure product which the state has been offering and, we hope, will be offering comprehensive support, Alexander Sinigibskiy, TEZ TOUR co-owner and chairman of the board of directors, says.

According to the press service of the company TEZ TOUR made a decision to enter the domestic tourism market. Its prime focus is the Black Sea coast of Krasnodar krai. The companys internal estimate shows that no less than 20% of its clients who formerly planned their vacation in Turkey will cross over to Krasnodar. Business solutions concerning other domestic destinations will be taken only after additional analytical studies of the key economic parameters.

It is also an important infrastructure product which the state has been offering and, we hope, will be offering comprehensive support, Alexander Sinigibskiy, TEZ TOUR co-owner and chairman of the board of directors, says.

We have an ample 21 year practice in doing popular beach destinations. Besides for three years TEZ TOUR has been receiving tourists in St. Petersburg. Our proposals are in demand; sales of accommodation means (hotels and holiday hotels in Leningrad region) thanks to cooperation with agencies, including Moscow- and Kazakhstan-based ones are very dynamic, Alexander Burtin, co-owner and commercial director explains.

It is worth mentioning that TEZ TOUR only recently started dealing with the Russian product despite an evident interest in Russia expressed by other key players. In the very beginning of the last summer season Alexander Burtin announced that his company was not ready to enter the domestic market. He said that the Russian market is very specific with regard to accommodation and in general it is very unlikely that domestic destinations would draw in the tourist flow from Turkish resorts. However the situation on the market dramatically changed in half a year and it is no wonder that the companies have to adjust to the reality making correct decisions which seemed unacceptable only recently.

The touroperator makes a note that along with entering the Russian destinations market it does not remove its key portfolio proposals and will continue organizing tours to Greece, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Spain UAE and other.
