BeauREVE Cheese from Maslovka

When creating our Living Cheese, we use only manual labor and live natural milk of goats and cows which are grazing in ecologically clean meadows in Dankov district of Lipetsk region. After manual milking, the milk is fermented. The starter is specially brought from France.
