The museum «Fragrant pleasures» was created with care for the preservation of historical and cultural heritage. Today you can visit the reconstructed shop of the murchant Grigory Suranov, who was engaged in soap production in Kolomna at the end of the XIX century. Decades later, the doors of our odorant soap shop are open to visitors again. Now there is an interactive museum space, telling the history of perfumery and hygiene in pre-revolutionary Russia, where you are immersed in the era, becoming a participant of the theatricalized action. Creating the museum space, the «Fragrant pleasures»manufactory has restored the ancient production of soap, perfumes, accessories, cotton and cardboard Christmas toys and various “sensitive” goods. The history and elegance of that time were embodied in special gifts-impressions.
